About the Role

E2open is seeking an experienced Strategic Account Director to own the relationship with a small number of our largest Logistic Service Provider (LSP) clients. This role requires a strong understanding of SaaS sales and a proven track record of success in selling high-value solutions to large enterprise organizations.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 8-10 years of experience in sales, with a focus on selling SaaS solutions, preferably in the supply chain/logistics management domain. They will be able to build strong relationships with clients and/or prospects, maintain close plans for opportunities, and engage with cross-functional departments to achieve sales goals.

The Strategic Account Director will be responsible for building pipeline and achieving annual quota, understanding outstanding contracts, and negotiating future contracts. They will also maintain Salesforce and account plans for their accounts.

We are looking for a problem-solving and common-sense mentality, with the ability to explain technical solutions in a non-technical environment. The ideal candidate will have superior communication skills, both written and oral, and be comfortable presenting and speaking to senior-level executives.

What We're Looking For
  • Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in sales, with a focus on selling SaaS solutions, preferably in the supply chain/logistics management domain.
  • Proven track record of success in selling high-value solutions to large enterprise organizations.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS sales and the ability to build strong relationships with clients and/or prospects.
  • Superior communication skills, both written and oral, and the ability to present and speak to senior-level executives.
