Job Overview

Dynatrace is seeking a highly motivated and strategic Sales Development Representative to join our team. As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a critical role in driving new logo acquisitions and building sales pipeline through proactive outbound prospecting into target organisations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive new logo acquisitions and build sales pipeline through proactive outbound prospecting into target organisations
  • Develop and execute a strategic sales approach by leveraging all available tools and resources
  • Qualify inbound leads gained from events, downloads, trials, and webinars
  • Gather sales intelligence around customers' situations, needs, issues, and decision processes
  • Ensure quality data on prospects is updated and maintained within Salesforce
  • Become fully immersed with Dynatrace's products and its value add to customers in order to leverage our position against competitors
  • Conduct product demonstrations for customers

Requirements

  • Prior experience of Sales Development within an Enterprise Software environment
  • Ability to think strategically and adapt sales approach to various prospects
  • Driven, ambitious individual who thrives on meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Ability to build effective internal working relationships with stakeholders
  • Experience of Salesforce is desirable but not essential
  • Fluency in English and French
