Electra People Operations Lead

As our International People Operations Manager, you'll be responsible for driving business success through effective people operations. Our team is passionate about making a difference, and we're looking for someone who shares our vision.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement people operations strategies to support business objectives
- Manage the HRIS (Lucca) and ensure data accuracy and integrity
- Provide regular reports to senior management on HR metrics and trends
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- ~7+ years of experience in HR operations, with at least 2 years working on an international scope
- ~ Fluent in French & English
