The ideal candidate for this role will have a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management and a minimum of 2 years' work experience as an Assistant Manager-Concierge or Guest Service Manager. You should also be a holder of the 'Clefs d'Or' and possess good problem-solving, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

As a key member of the Hyatt Hotels Corporation team, you will be responsible for assisting with the efficient running of the department in line with the company's Corporate Strategic Priorities. Your primary goal will be to meet employee, guest, and owner expectations while working closely with the Front Office/Assistant Front Office Manager to manage the guest service department as a successful independent profit center.

This will involve planning, organizing, directing, and controlling the Concierge operation and administration, ensuring maximum guest satisfaction through effective problem-solving, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
