Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Assistant Guest Services Manager to join our team at Hyatt Hotels Corporation. As a key member of our Guest Services department, you will be responsible for assisting in the oversight of the guest service team, including bellmen, doorman, transportation, and front desk staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the management of the guest service team to ensure exceptional guest satisfaction
  • Develop and implement staff training programs to enhance guest service skills
  • Coordinate staff scheduling and ensure adequate coverage during peak periods
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experience
  • Monitor and analyze guest feedback to identify areas for improvement
