Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Element Solutions Inc. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our presence in the French market.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a sales strategy to increase turnover and margin in the French market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and merchants in Paris, Ile de France, and Central France.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to capture them.
- Collaborate with our R&D team to develop new products and services that meet the needs of our customers.
- Assist in the development and implementation of our marketing plan to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
- Proven sales experience in the industry, with a strong understanding of the heating and water treatment market.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on results and customer satisfaction.
- Fluency in English, with a strong understanding of business concepts and terminology.
