About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Element Solutions Inc. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our presence in the French market.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and execute a sales strategy to increase turnover and margin in the French market.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and merchants in Paris, Ile de France, and Central France.
  3. Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to capture them.
  4. Collaborate with our R&D team to develop new products and services that meet the needs of our customers.
  5. Assist in the development and implementation of our marketing plan to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
Requirements
  1. Proven sales experience in the industry, with a strong understanding of the heating and water treatment market.
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on results and customer satisfaction.
  4. Fluency in English, with a strong understanding of business concepts and terminology.
