Job Description

As a key member of the Maxi-Cosi team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and penetration of our Dorel Juvenile brands in France. Your primary objective will be to optimize commercial relationships with existing regional accounts and achieve sales objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise, train, and manage a field sales team to ensure maximum efficiency and customer coverage.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share and revenue.
  • Collaborate with the Strategic Account Manager to identify new business opportunities and develop plans to pursue them.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A strong sales background, preferably in a management function as a region manager or sales manager.
  • Excellent commercial skills, including sales techniques and negotiation.
  • A proven ability to be a force for proposal, with a strong capacity for adaptation and entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Knowledge of English is an asset, but not required.
