Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Office Manager to join our team at Hyatt Hotels Corporation.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the front office during their shift, handling guest issues and complaints, and welcoming important guests.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Assist the senior management team in collecting information on customer service issues throughout the hotel operation.
  2. Ensure the normal operation of the hotel during their shift period, under the direct leadership of the Front Office Manager.
  3. Handle guest issues and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
  4. Welcome important guests and provide exceptional customer service.
  5. Conduct safety and daily equipment inspections for the entire hotel.
  6. Resolve safety issues that occur during their shift.
  7. Coordinate with other shifts on matters that need to be communicated in the handover record.
Requirements
  1. College degree or above, with at least 1 year of work experience in a similar position.
  2. Fluent English language skills, with a good image and temperament, proficient in computer operation, and strong English listening, speaking, reading, and writing abilities.
  3. Dignified appearance, passionate about hotel work, dedicated to business research, quick reflexes, good communication skills, and strong management and coordination abilities.
  4. Attention to detail, sense of responsibility in work, willingness to take responsibility, and strong execution ability.
  5. Ambition, good learning ability, and ability to handle pressure.
