Job Title: Senior HR Business Partner Chartres Factory

About the Role:

Coty, a leading beauty company, is seeking a talented Senior HR Business Partner to join its Chartres Factory team. As a key member of the leadership team, you will be responsible for ensuring legal compliance, implementing and improving HR processes and systems, developing talents and organizational capabilities, and maintaining positive employee labor relations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Guarantee legal compliance and implement Coty HR Systems, policies, and processes with efficiency
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of Human Resources for the site
  • Implement Compensation policies, monitor Benefits, and health & life insurance programs
  • Guarantee the respect of HSE standards and contribute to making HSE programs happen
  • Deploy Coty HR programs in collaboration with the plant leadership team and the HR Director Monaco & Supply Chain France
  • Provide guidance, coaching, and operational HR good practices to the site lead team and managers
  • Develop a talented organization focused on delivering yearly objectives and building the future with the support of the HR Director Monaco & Supply Chain France
  • Ensure training and development plans are fit for supporting plant objectives achievement and offer attractive, ambitious, and diverse career opportunities
  • Ensure open, mature, and demanding relations with the work council and a positive social climate

Requirements:

  • Solid experience (7 years minimum) as HR Business Partner in a challenging manufacturing environment
  • Ability to make a high-performance organization happen
  • Servant leadership mindset and strong ability to connect with manufacturing reality
  • Excellent communication skills at all levels of the organization (English included)
  • Labour law knowledge and ability to conduct negotiations with the Unions
  • Ability to conduct process improvement in the HR field and manage change management
  • Rigorous, capable of going deep in details without losing the big picture
