Senior HR Business Partner Chartres Factory

Coty, a leading beauty company, is seeking a seasoned HR Business Partner to join its Chartres factory team. As a key member of the leadership team, you will be responsible for ensuring legal compliance, implementing and improving HR processes and systems, developing talents and organizational capabilities, and maintaining positive employee labor relations.
This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. You will work closely with the site General Manager and leadership team to drive business results and contribute to the site's ambitious growth plan.
Key Responsibilities:- Guarantee legal compliance and implement Coty HR Systems, policies, and processes with efficiency
- Manage the day-to-day operations of Human Resources for the site
- Implement Compensation policies, monitor Benefits, and ensure the respect of HSE standards
- Deploy Coty HR programs in collaboration with the plant leadership team and liaise with Labour Authorities
- Provide guidance, coaching, and operational HR good practices to the site lead team and managers
- Develop a talented organization focused on delivering yearly objectives and building the future
- Ensure training and development plans support plant objectives and offer attractive career opportunities
- Maintain open, mature, and demanding relations with the work council and promote a positive social climate
- Solid experience (7 years minimum) as HR Business Partner in a challenging manufacturing environment
- Ability to drive a high-performance organization and make a significant impact
- Servant leadership mindset and strong ability to connect with manufacturing reality
- Excellent communication skills at all levels of the organization (English included)
- Labour law knowledge and ability to conduct negotiations with Unions
- Ability to conduct process improvement in the HR field and manage change management
- Rigorous and capable of going deep in details without losing the big picture
