Westlake Careers is seeking a skilled Territory Manager to join our team in southern NJ and southeastern PA. This role will focus on generating awareness and creating demand for our building products through strategic relationships with contractors, builders, and architects. Key responsibilities include:

* Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders to drive business growth

* Providing training and support to installation teams, customers, contractors, and sales personnel on best practices and installation techniques

* Collaborating with the Marketing Department to develop and implement effective sales strategies

* Conducting presentations, meetings, and proposals to drive business results

* Bachelor's degree preferred

* Must be currently residing in southern NJ and southeastern PA (remote with travel role)

* Total compensation package includes base pay, commissions, and bonuses, as well as a range of medical and other benefits. Compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US markets.
