Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Customer Success Manager to join our dynamic team in the Benelux market. As a key member of our customer success team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of around 100 accounts, focusing on retention, development, and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships with C-level to operations teams.
  • Retrain and develop a strong customer portfolio through proactive account management.
  • Prevent churn while driving upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Monitor KPIs and achieve monthly retention and sales growth targets.
  • Send commercial proposals and close opportunities.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, and Marketing teams.

This is a high-impact role perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

About You
  • 2+ years of experience as a Customer Success Manager in a SaaS environment.
  • Background in the MarTech industry (preferred).
  • Fluent French (essential).
  • Proficiency in tools like Planhat, ChurnZero, or Custify is a plus.
  • A proactive, results-driven mindset with excellent communication skills.
