Role OverviewWe are seeking a highly motivated Customer Success Manager to join our dynamic team in the Benelux market. As a key member of our customer success team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of around 100 accounts, focusing on retention, development, and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Build and maintain long-term client relationships with C-level to operations teams.
- Retrain and develop a strong customer portfolio through proactive account management.
- Prevent churn while driving upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Monitor KPIs and achieve monthly retention and sales growth targets.
- Send commercial proposals and close opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, and Marketing teams.
This is a high-impact role perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
About You- 2+ years of experience as a Customer Success Manager in a SaaS environment.
- Background in the MarTech industry (preferred).
- Fluent French (essential).
- Proficiency in tools like Planhat, ChurnZero, or Custify is a plus.
- A proactive, results-driven mindset with excellent communication skills.
