We are seeking a seasoned Customer Success Manager to join our dynamic team at Salt, a global leader in Marketing SaaS solutions. This role offers a unique opportunity to drive growth and build strong customer relationships.

About the Role

As a key member of our Benelux market team, you will manage a portfolio of around 100 accounts, focusing on retention, development, and revenue growth. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Building and maintaining long-term client relationships with C-level executives and operations teams.
  • Retaining and developing a robust customer portfolio through proactive engagement and strategic planning.
  • Preventing churn while identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) to achieve monthly retention and sales growth targets.
  • Collaborating closely with Sales, Product, and Marketing teams to drive business outcomes.

This is a high-impact role suitable for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

What We're Looking For

To succeed in this position, you will need:

  • At least 2 years of experience as a Customer Success Manager in a SaaS environment.
  • A background in the MarTech industry, preferably with experience working with global brands.
  • Fluency in French, as well as proficiency in tools like Planhat, ChurnZero, or Custify.
  • A proactive, results-driven mindset with excellent communication skills.
