Customer Success Professional for Marketing Growth

We are seeking a seasoned Customer Success Manager to join our dynamic team at Salt, a global leader in Marketing SaaS solutions. This role offers a unique opportunity to drive growth and build strong customer relationships.
About the RoleAs a key member of our Benelux market team, you will manage a portfolio of around 100 accounts, focusing on retention, development, and revenue growth. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Building and maintaining long-term client relationships with C-level executives and operations teams.
- Retaining and developing a robust customer portfolio through proactive engagement and strategic planning.
- Preventing churn while identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) to achieve monthly retention and sales growth targets.
- Collaborating closely with Sales, Product, and Marketing teams to drive business outcomes.
This is a high-impact role suitable for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
What We're Looking ForTo succeed in this position, you will need:
- At least 2 years of experience as a Customer Success Manager in a SaaS environment.
- A background in the MarTech industry, preferably with experience working with global brands.
- Fluency in French, as well as proficiency in tools like Planhat, ChurnZero, or Custify.
- A proactive, results-driven mindset with excellent communication skills.
We offer a competitive salary package of €55,000 per year, consisting of a base salary of €35,000 and a bonus of up to €20,000. Additionally, you will enjoy:
