Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work effectively with clients from diverse backgrounds. As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service and support to clients
- Developing and implementing personalized solutions to meet client needs
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A strong understanding of the French healthcare system and corporate health insurance
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
