About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled professional to join our team as a Business Development Director. This is a key leadership position that will play a critical role in driving business growth and development for our company, ENGIE.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement business strategies to drive revenue growth and profitability
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver business objectives and projects
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and colleagues
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities and markets
- Manage and optimize business processes and operations to improve efficiency and effectiveness
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of experience in a senior leadership role, preferably in a business development or commercial operations capacity
- Proven track record of driving business growth and development
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
- Experience working in the energy or engineering sector
- Knowledge of business development and commercial operations principles and practices
