Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute account plans to drive growth and revenue for Microsoft
- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior-level customers and internal stakeholders
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and drive account growth
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that meet customer needs
- Collaborate with industry experts to stay up-to-date on the latest industry trends and technologies
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize upselling and cross-selling opportunities
- Drive integrated joint account governance and ensure customer satisfaction
- Engage with internal and external decision-makers to anticipate customer needs and turn enterprise accounts into strategic accounts
- 7+ years of experience in a related field, such as account management, sales, or business development
- Proven track record of driving growth and revenue in a sales or account management role
- Strong understanding of Microsoft's products and solutions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
