About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Enterprise Account Executive to join our team at Microsoft. As a key member of our Enterprise Account Team, you will play a critical role in driving digital technology transformation in partnership with our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute account plans to drive growth and revenue for Microsoft
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior-level customers and internal stakeholders
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and drive account growth
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that meet customer needs
  • Collaborate with industry experts to stay up-to-date on the latest industry trends and technologies
  • Develop and implement strategies to maximize upselling and cross-selling opportunities
  • Drive integrated joint account governance and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Engage with internal and external decision-makers to anticipate customer needs and turn enterprise accounts into strategic accounts
Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience in a related field, such as account management, sales, or business development
  • Proven track record of driving growth and revenue in a sales or account management role
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft's products and solutions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
