About the Role
The AXA Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief of Staff to join its Global Legal Department. As a key member of the team, you will provide strategic support to the Group General Counsel and play a critical role in the department's operational and administrative activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the preparation of ARCC meetings and draft minutes
- Provide synthesis before Board meetings and Committees when needed
- Represent the General Counsel at Group Committees as required
- Coordinate internal and external events, including Townhalls and meetings
- Develop and implement an annual social media campaign for the GGC
- Coordinate the Legal Leadership Team and facilitate meetings and trainings
- Develop and maintain the legal professional SharePoint
- Coordinate internal processes and procedures for the Legal Department
- Monitor key performance indicators and report to the GGC and corresponding departments
- Act as the primary contact point for Internal Audit team
- Manage the Global Panel of Legal Firms and coordinate with Group procurement
- Oversee the legal team's budget and manage external service providers
- Contribute to human resources management of the Legal Professional Family
About You
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced individual with a strong background in administration and operations. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multicultural context. You will also have a good understanding of the strategic issues facing the Group and the industry.
