Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Fleet Service TaaS Specialist to join our team at Goodyear. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and executing the training of tyre service providers and hardware installation partners to enable the implementation and ongoing service of TaaS contracted fleet customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and execute the training of tyre service providers and hardware installation partners
- Ensure service policy compliance, service effectiveness and cost efficiencies
- Provide L2 support for operational and technical questions relating to TaaS contracts
- Support the service quality audit process of Goodyear service partners
Requirements
- Previous experience in the commercial truck tyre market
- Working knowledge of commercial vehicles/trailers and experience in training people and transferring knowledge
- Min 5 years working experience and proven track record in tire service and/or retail, commercial vehicle tire maintenance and truck related telematics
