As a Key Account Manager Fleet Mobility Italy, you'll play a crucial role in developing and implementing strategic account plans that leverage Goodyear's Total Mobility offer. You'll cultivate and maintain strong business relationships with key stakeholders within large and medium-sized fleets in Italy, showcasing the benefits of Total Mobility in meeting their unique needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic account plans that align with Goodyear's Total Mobility offer.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong business relationships with key stakeholders within large and medium-sized fleets in Italy.
  • Utilize solution-selling techniques to align Goodyear's products, services, and Total Mobility offer with customer sustainability and efficiency goals.
  • Address customer issues promptly and effectively, leveraging the flexibility of the Goodyear Total Mobility offer to provide innovative solutions and enhance overall satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with fleet clients in Italy to identify areas for improvement in their business operations, leveraging the Total Mobility offer to provide expert consultancy and drive sustainability and efficiency.
  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities with both existing and potential clients in Italy, promoting the advantages of Goodyear's Total Mobility for comprehensive fleet management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business economics or equivalent practical experience.
  • Proven track record in fleet management, sales of tires, sales of Telematics, B2B account management, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Strong understanding of solution selling, with a focus on finding the right balance of products, services, and solutions to meet and exceed customer expectations.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain positive client relationships.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to identify areas for improvement and propose effective solutions.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented with a focus on exceeding targets and goals.
  • Proficient in English, both written and spoken.

Location and Travel Requirements:

  • Location: North-West Italy
  • Availability to travel 80% of the time
