TikTok's Client Solutions team is a trusted partner to key stakeholders, providing inspiration and insights that drive collaboration and long-term client partnerships. We are responsible for the day-to-day relationship and ensuring the success of advertiser investment.

About the Role

The Client Solutions Manager - Gaming is an expert in TikTok's performance and branding auction advertisement products for key clients in the gaming industry. This role proposes full-funnel advertisement solutions to prospective clients in the pre-sales stage and is responsible for campaign operation and optimization of auction advertisement products in the post-sales stage.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and grow post-sale client relationships with Mobile Gaming advertisers of all sizes.
  • Support and work with the Sales team on pre-sale research and pitch, focusing on relevant product solutions and advertising strategy.
  • Create and optimize client ad strategies using a wide range of TikTok for Business product solutions, including organic solutions, branding, brandformance, and performance products.
  • Analyze campaign performance data to offer clients data-driven business insights and improve advertising offerings.
  • Monitor and analyze ad campaigns daily to proactively improve results.
  • Conduct regular business reviews and take a consultative, long-term approach to build productive relationships with clients, in collaboration with the sales team.
  • Foster solution expertise growth within the organization and assist with asset and data collection for various business needs.
  • Cooperate with multiple internal teams to set up clients' campaigns for success, including Product, Marketing, Engineering, Ad Policy, Creative, and Ad Operation teams.
  • Work closely with Product and Engineering teams to troubleshoot client issues, provide market feedback, and support TikTok for Business product development.
  • Collaborate with the Creative team to provide gaming clients with creative solutions support, including creative insights and strategies.
  • Work with the Ad Policy team to ensure clients and the CSM team are informed about policy changes and receive necessary support.
  • Cooperate with the Ad Operation team to ensure smooth and successful campaign execution and accurate ad specifications and rates.
  • Collaborate with the Organic team to help clients achieve a better organic presence on the platform, complementing advertising strategies.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Extensive experience in account management/client service roles in digital marketing.
  • Extensive knowledge in media buying/user acquisition positions focused on performance marketing.
  • Deep understanding and experience of the Gaming ecosystem.
  • Experience in optimization, tracking, attribution, SKAN, measurement, and using major tools like Google Analytics, Appsflyer, Adjust, etc.
  • Data-driven approach with the ability to analyze data and identify insights to assess campaign performance.

  • Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills.
  • Opportunity-oriented mindset to upsell revenue from existing gaming clients.
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
