About the RoleThe Client Solutions Manager - Gaming is an expert in TikTok's performance and branding auction advertisement products for key clients in the gaming industry. This role proposes full-funnel advertisement solutions to prospective clients in the pre-sales stage and is responsible for campaign operation and optimization of auction advertisement products in the post-sales stage.
Responsibilities- Manage and grow post-sale client relationships with Mobile Gaming advertisers of all sizes.
- Support and work with the Sales team on pre-sale research and pitch, focusing on relevant product solutions and advertising strategy.
- Create and optimize client ad strategies using a wide range of TikTok for Business product solutions, including organic solutions, branding, brandformance, and performance products.
- Analyze campaign performance data to offer clients data-driven business insights and improve advertising offerings.
- Monitor and analyze ad campaigns daily to proactively improve results.
- Conduct regular business reviews and take a consultative, long-term approach to build productive relationships with clients, in collaboration with the Sales team.
- Focus on solution expertise growth within the organization. Assist with asset and data collection for various business needs, such as Business Cases, Case Studies, and Quarterly Business Reviews.
- Cooperate with multiple internal teams to set up clients' campaigns for success, including Product, Marketing, Engineering, Ad Policy, Creative, and Ad Operation teams.
- Work closely with Product and Engineering teams to troubleshoot client issues during a campaign, provide market feedback, and support TikTok for Business product development.
- Work closely with the Creative team to provide gaming clients with creative solutions support, including creative insights and strategies.
- Cooperate with the Ad Policy team to ensure clients and CSM teams are kept up-to-date on policy changes and receive necessary support.
- Cooperate with the Ad Operation team to ensure smooth and successful campaign execution and accurate ad specifications and rates.
- Cooperate with the Organic team to help clients achieve a better organic presence on the platform, complementing advertising strategies.
- Extensive experience in account management/client service roles in digital marketing.
- Extensive knowledge in media buying/user acquisition positions focused on performance marketing.
- Deep understanding and experience of the Gaming ecosystem.
- Experience in optimization, tracking, attribution, SKAN, measurement, and using major tools like Google Analytics, Appsflyer, Adjust, etc.
- Data-driven approach with ability to analyze data and identify insights to assess campaign performance.
- Proactive attitude with excellent data analytical skills in Excel, SQL a plus.
