- Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong post-sale relationships with Mobile Gaming advertisers of varying scales.
- Sales Support: Collaborate with the Sales team to conduct pre-sale research and pitches, focusing on tailored product solutions and advertising strategies.
- Performance Analysis: Analyze campaign performance metrics to provide clients with actionable insights, leveraging this data to enhance our advertising offerings.
- Asset Management: Assist in gathering assets and data for diverse business requirements, including Business Cases, Case Studies, and Quarterly Business Reviews.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product and engineering teams to troubleshoot client issues during campaigns, offer market feedback, and support product development.
- Creative Solutions: Partner with the creative team to deliver innovative solutions and strategies tailored to gaming clients.
- Policy Compliance: Collaborate with the ad policy team to keep clients and the CSM team informed about policy updates and provide necessary support.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Extensive experience in account management or client service roles within digital marketing.
- A profound understanding of the Gaming ecosystem.
- A data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze data and derive insights for assessing campaign performance.
- Proactive attitude with exceptional analytical skills, proficiency in Excel; knowledge of SQL is advantageous.
- An opportunity-oriented approach to upselling revenue from existing gaming clients.
