Wolters Kluwer, a global software company, is seeking a seasoned Associate Marketing Director to lead our CCH Tagetik division in France. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives to drive business growth and increase market share.
Key Responsibilities- Design and implement comprehensive marketing plans to create awareness of the company's business activities and drive pipeline creation.
- Develop innovative strategies that resonate with the target audience and drive business results.
- Oversee the execution of marketing campaigns, product launches, and promotional events.
- Lead a team of marketing professionals and provide guidance, feedback, and mentorship.
- Produce engaging content for the company's online platforms and campaigns.
- Manage editorial design and publications.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and monitor competitors' marketing strategies.
- Utilize insights to refine marketing approaches and optimize spending for maximum impact.
- Proven experience as a Senior Marketing Manager with a minimum of eight years of senior marketing experience working in a corporate B2B environment, software company preferred.
- A recognized qualification in Marketing.
- Excellent organizational, commercial, and leadership skills.
- Ability to blend data-driven insights with creative ideas.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Familiarity with current and online marketing practices.
- Perfect command of French and English.
Occasional travels involved (around 15%).
