Marketing Manager French Market

We are seeking a talented Marketing Manager to join our team in Asnières-sur-Seine, France. As a key member of our Marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing plans for the French market, aligning with our EMEA-wide corporate strategy and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute marketing plans for the French market, ensuring alignment with corporate strategy and business objectives.
  • Localize, adapt, and implement marketing activities for the French market to expand and strengthen visibility.
  • Report directly to the Marketing Director and support in leading local marketing performance.
  • Translate regional marketing plans based on local needs and expectations to drive brand awareness, dentist enrollment, and growth within the OPEX budget.
  • Support the development of marketing campaigns to support product launches & programs (sales materials, educational content, clinical support, online communication).
  • Identify and drive local commercial initiatives (including promotions) and drive practice marketing and development programs.
  • Build close relationships with global, regional, and local marketing teams.
  • Use analytics and insights (including campaign ROI, customer reimbursement, and competition) to support marketing plan execution.
  • Own routine local market analysis: competitor, industry trends, and routine business analysis: digital tools & solutions adoption and identify future market & channel opportunities.
  • Manage external distributors and/or training partners.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in marketing or business administration.
  • 4-7 years of professional experience in marketing management on a country level (ideally B2B environment).
  • Marketing or field sales experience in the medical, dental fields, or capital equipment is a plus.
  • Ability to make sound strategic decisions, incorporating data from multiple sources and business judgment.
  • Native level language skills in French and fluent English language skills.
  • Regular trips within the French market and to the head office in Rotkreuz, Switzerland may be required.
