French Market Sales Strategist

Job Overview
CJ is seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in the French market. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding our customer base, and building strong relationships with key decision-makers in the French market.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth research of markets and competitors to identify opportunities and develop effective sales strategies
- Identify and target potential clients in the affiliation industry within the French market, including national and international brands
- Develop and execute a robust sales pipeline by prospecting, networking, and leveraging existing industry contacts
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at client organizations, acting as a trusted advisor and strategic partner
- Possess in-depth product knowledge and be able to conduct demos and handle objections
- Lead pitches and client meetings and set expectations
- Ensure that objectives are achieved, monitor progress, vs. agreed KPIs, goals and ROI
Requirements
- Master's degree in business, marketing and/or related field
- Minimum 3 years' of sales experience in affiliation ideally and within a similar industry (digital marketing, data solutions), with minimum 2 years of sales experience in French market
- Native French and fluent English
- Proven track record of success in penetrating new markets and customer acquisition
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
