Job Overview

CJ is seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in the French market. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding our customer base, and building strong relationships with key decision-makers in the French market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-depth research of markets and competitors to identify opportunities and develop effective sales strategies
  • Identify and target potential clients in the affiliation industry within the French market, including national and international brands
  • Develop and execute a robust sales pipeline by prospecting, networking, and leveraging existing industry contacts
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at client organizations, acting as a trusted advisor and strategic partner
  • Possess in-depth product knowledge and be able to conduct demos and handle objections
  • Lead pitches and client meetings and set expectations
  • Ensure that objectives are achieved, monitor progress, vs. agreed KPIs, goals and ROI

Requirements

  • Master's degree in business, marketing and/or related field
  • Minimum 3 years' of sales experience in affiliation ideally and within a similar industry (digital marketing, data solutions), with minimum 2 years of sales experience in French market
  • Native French and fluent English
  • Proven track record of success in penetrating new markets and customer acquisition
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
