French Market Sales Director

Job Title: French Market Sales Director
We are seeking a highly experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in the French market. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a client sales strategy to drive revenue growth and new client acquisition.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for growth
- Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at client organizations
- Identify and target potential clients in the affiliation industry within the French market
- Develop a robust sales pipeline by prospecting, networking, and leveraging existing industry contacts
- Be responsible for a strong operational rigor around pipeline and activities to drive efficiency and performance
- Possess in-depth product knowledge and be able to conduct demos and handle objections
- Lead pitches and client meetings and setting expectations
- Ensure that objectives are achieved, monitor progress, vs. agreed KPIs, goals and ROI
- Work collaboratively and cross-functionally across the organization to drive financial contributions and seamless customer experience
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in business, marketing and/or related field
- Minimum 3 years' of sales experience in affiliation ideally and within a similar industry (digital marketing, data solutions), with minimum 2 years of sales experience in French market
- Excellent knowledge of on-line advertising and different acquisition channels
- Affiliate expertise is a real plus
- Proven track record of success in penetrating new markets and customer acquisition
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Committed and willing to work as a team, you are problem-solving oriented
- Dynamic and proactive, with presentation and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organization skills with the ability to plan and prioritize effectively
- Strong ability to balance persuasion with professionalism, you also need to have the ability to influence and lead
- Proficiency with sales management software and CRM (i.e SalesForce) Microsoft Office tools & applications (ex: Excel, Power Point, Outlook, Teams)
- Native French and fluent English
