Join Our Team as a Business Development Manager

As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and developing strategic plans to drive sales growth. You will work closely with our sales and marketing teams to understand customer needs and preferences, and develop targeted solutions to meet those needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute business development strategies to drive sales growth and revenue
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales and marketing plans
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance and provide insights to inform business decisions

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or marketing
  • Strong understanding of the luxury goods and cosmetics industries
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Fluency in French and English
