Job Title: Regional Sales Manager
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team at Ingersoll Rand. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing strategic relationships with our customers in the south east region of France.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define commercial targets and develop business strategies to achieve them
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and develop existing customer relationships
- Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring compliance with company pricing policies and margins
- Monitor and develop existing accounts, growing revenue and identifying new customer contacts
- Manage administrative tasks, including billing and reminders
- Provide regular reporting and analysis of sales performance
Requirements:
- Higher education with a technical and commercial focus
- 3 years experience in a similar role in technical product business development
- Knowledge of agri-food, environment, oil and gas markets a plus
- English and French speaking
