Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives and drive growth.
  • Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and expand business within assigned territories.
  • Identify and develop new market opportunities to drive growth in a dynamic environment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective sales execution and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Professional background in Biochemistry/Chemistry/Engineering or related subjects.
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in a sales management position.
  • Strong Leadership and management skills.
  • Good product knowledge of Chromatography and Mass Spectrometry products.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Confirmed interpersonal skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks with different priorities.
