Job Title: Business Development Specialist

Circor Aerospace & Defense - Paris is seeking a Business Development Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for developing and executing business growth strategies to drive revenue and expand our customer base.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement commercial development plans to drive business growth and revenue expansion.
  • Prospect and develop new business opportunities with existing and potential customers.
  • Analyze customer needs and develop tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Negotiate commercial agreements and contracts to ensure optimal pricing and revenue.
  • Manage customer relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication and coordination.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in commercial development, sales, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
