Job Title: Marketing & Sales Associate H/F

We are seeking an experienced Sales and Business Development professional to join our team as a Marketing & Sales Associate H/F. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the sales team to achieve sales and revenue targets, building and maintaining relationships with key clients, and developing and executing sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the sales team to achieve sales and revenue targets objectives
  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients, including venues, promoters, and event organizers
  • Develop and execute sales strategies, including pricing, negotiation, and closing deals
  • Coordinate with customer success Europe to improve customer satisfaction and ensure local solution deployment successes
  • Coordinate with the product development team to ensure the software meets market needs and client expectations
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 15 years of experience in sales, business development, or general management, preferably in the software or technology industry
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth in France in the ticketing industry
  • Strong understanding of the French ticketing market, including key players and industry trends
  • Proficiency in both French and English
