Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to join our team in Toulouse, France. As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, including project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Coordinate and manage project teams, including team members, stakeholders, and vendors.
  • Ensure that projects are delivered in accordance with Capgemini's quality standards and methodologies.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, and develop contingency plans as needed.
  • Communicate project status and progress to stakeholders, including project sponsors, team members, and vendors.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in project management, with a strong track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Proven experience in leading and managing project teams, including team members, stakeholders, and vendors.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate project risks.
