Job Description

Sous la responsabilité du Delivery Head ou du Deputy Delivery Head de la Direction des Projets Structurés (Direction Technique du groupe Efor), le Senior Project Manager aura notamment en charge les activités suivantes :

Responsabilités
  • Gérer et exécuter des projets complexes (en assistance technique pilotée, en forfait, en unité d'ouvres) ou un portefeuille de projets pour toutes les agences Efor à un niveau régional voire national
  • Gérer les équipes de consultants impliqués dans les projets (onboarding, ramp-up, routine, offboarding)
  • Assurer que les engagements / accords contractuel pris entre Efor et ses clients soient respectés
  • Participer à la croissance du groupe Efor
  • Participer au processus de recrutement des ressources nécessaires au département Delivery
  • Soutenir la force de vente en représentant l'équipe Delivery dans le cadre de réponse aux appels d'offres lorsque nécessaire
  • Représenter la Direction des Projets Structurés lors la réalisation de projets au sein du groupe Efor et en externe
Compétences requises
  • Management de projet sur toutes les phases
  • Maîtrise d'outils de gestion de projet (MS Project, etc.)
  • Excellentes compétences en communication et en leadership
  • Capacité à gérer des équipes multidisciplinaires
  • Forte orientation client et résultats
  • Connaissance en gestion financière d'un projet souhaitée, une certification serait un plus
  • Leadership, Autonomie, Dynamisme, Résilience, capacité à résoudre des problèmes, Ecoute, Négociation, Exemplarité, Organisation, Communication, Esprit d'initiative, Esprit d'équipe
Expérience
  • Min. 5 ans confirmé en gestion de projets, conseil, industrie de Santé
  • Expertise dans son département, connaissance technique générale des secteurs d'activités du groupe
  • Anglais professionnel indispensable
