Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Field Service Engineer to join our team at Rotork plc, a global leader in flow control and instrumentation. As a Field Service Engineer, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional service to our customers, ensuring the smooth operation of their equipment and systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality service plans to customers, addressing technical faults and executing planned maintenance for our products.
  • Identify and repair faults, conduct testing and modifications of actuators in the field.
  • Handle mechanical and electrical installations of actuators, along with associated retrofit adaptations of components, pedestals, and drive shafts.
  • Accurately document site visit reports for each job completion.

Requirements:

  • Technical experience and/or relevant knowledge of valves, actuators, and digital control systems or related equipment.
  • Good understanding of basic electronics, electrical, and fluid power theories.
  • Ability to read and understand electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic schematics and utilization of common test and calibration tools.
  • Experience of working in a practical engineering environment.
