Job Description

As the Head of Recruitment, you will lead the global recruitment capabilities of Excelya. Our current annual recruitment numbers are around 250, and we aim to increase this to 600 by 2030. To achieve this, you will be responsible for:

  • Structuring, organizing, and growing Excelya's recruitment capabilities.
  • Designing and implementing a new recruitment process at a global scale.
  • Monitoring the delivery of the recruitment team via Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Building recruitment campaigns to anticipate future growth.
  • Reporting to the CEO and Executive Committee about recruitment performance.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 10 to 15 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a service company, consulting firm, or within the healthcare industry.
  • International and digital communication skills.

This job is open to people based in Europe, and being close to one of our offices is a real advantage.
