Job Title: Account Manager for Life Sciences

We are a leading manufacturer of medical devices and related products that play a crucial role in collecting, separating, manufacturing, and processing various components of blood and cells.

Our innovative technologies and service offerings have a significant impact on patients' lives every day, and we are committed to expanding our reach to serve even more patients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify sales opportunities at existing and new accounts, including farming and hunting strategies.
  • Secure account agreements and provide training to customers.
  • Protect and expand business at existing accounts, while taking over accountability at new accounts from implementation.
  • Validate and demonstrate our systems to acquire new accounts.
  • Develop strong networks with relevant staff at existing accounts, including KOLs, department heads, doctors, and nurses.
  • Effectively use multiple interaction types, such as face-to-face, phone, mail, webinars, and user meetings, while keeping track of records in our CRM system.
  • Develop superior product and procedure knowledge to train device operators and educate relevant staff on product efficacy, safety profiles, and approved information.
  • Collaborate with other sales roles and functions, such as marketing, scientific services, medical affairs, and customer care.
Account/Territory Management:
  • Prioritize accounts to determine coverage, assess opportunities, and expand business.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly plans, track progress, and analyze trends.
  • Develop annual account/territory sales plans.
Personal and Professional Development:
  • A minimum of 3 years of sales experience in the Life Sciences industry, preferably in medical devices.
  • Demonstrated advanced selling skills and sales techniques.
  • Excellent written and verbal English and French language skills.
