Job Title: Head of Growth Partnerships France

At HelloFresh, we're on a mission to revolutionize the way people cook and eat. As our Head of Growth Partnerships France, you'll play a critical role in driving our growth strategy and building strong partnerships with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive partnerships strategy to drive growth and revenue
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners, including retailers, suppliers, and other industry players
  • Manage a team of business developers and account managers to ensure seamless execution of partnerships initiatives
  • Own the delivery of affiliate and partnership growth strategy, collaborating closely with cross-functional senior stakeholders
  • Develop and manage a 7-digit budget to drive growth and ROI targets
  • Harness data-driven insights to identify new growth levers and channel development tactics
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in people management
  • Strong analytical thinker with a proven track record of solving complex problems
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
