Aerospace Customer Support Manager

Spirit AeroSystems is seeking a Customer Liaison and Support Specialist to lead our global customer support team. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience managing in global customer service, preferably in the aviation industry.
The Customer Liaison and Support Specialist will be responsible for being the primary liaison between the customer, multi-site customer service teams, and company executive management. This includes developing and providing periodic repair order status reports to company management and the customer as required.
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Spirit AeroSystems' organization and products, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel, is also required.
