About the Position:
- Oversee and expand a portfolio of 60 to 80 clients as a Strategic Account Executive.
- Foster relationships with prospects and clients to stimulate growth and ensure satisfaction.
- Enhance upsell and cross-sell opportunities while minimizing customer attrition.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identifying and generating cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
- Leading intricate negotiations while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Driving new business through both inbound and outbound initiatives.
Onboarding Experience:
Engage in a comprehensive corporate and role-specific onboarding process designed to equip you with essential tools for success.
