The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hardware, IT, and cabling management, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

The Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Data Center Technician. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing, staging, and setting up servers, as well as performing diagnostics and troubleshooting to identify and resolve issues.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and stage servers for deployment, including racking, cabling, and configuration.
  • Perform diagnostics and troubleshooting to identify and resolve hardware and software issues.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Participate in daily safety briefings and complete required safety training to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Contribute to a positive and effective team environment by sharing knowledge and best practices with colleagues.

Requirements

  • 1-2+ years of experience as a data center technician or in a related field.
  • Strong background in hardware, IT, and cabling management.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs independently or more with assistance.
  • Capability to work autonomously or in a team, including remote teams.
