About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Manager to join our team at Accor Hotels. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and developing strong relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Collaborate with the Director of Sales and Revenue Management to meet and exceed budgeted group room rates
  • Participate in sales training workshops and achieve acceptable shop scores
  • Attend industry functions, including trade shows and events
  • Conduct ongoing sales calls to clients in your territory
Requirements
  • Previous experience in luxury hospitality sales
  • Strong prospecting and contract negotiation skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including Microsoft Office, Word, and Excel
