Position Overview

The Senior Group Sales Manager plays a crucial role in achieving and surpassing the hotel's revenue goals. Key responsibilities include:

  • Participating in networking events and trade shows.

Prior experience in hotel sales is essential for this role. The position will focus on various market segments and will report directly to the Director of Sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct personal sales calls through various channels, including in-person, phone, and digital platforms.
  • Develop and implement innovative sales and marketing strategies to enhance revenue.
  • Maintain an up-to-date sales database.
  • Participate in weekly sales meetings and other relevant gatherings.
  • Complete projects as assigned by the Director of Sales.

Qualifications

A Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution or one to two years of relevant experience, or a combination of education and experience is required.

Work Schedule

Some evening and weekend availability may be necessary based on business demands and client needs.
