At Dassault Systèmes, we are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Inside Sales Expert to join our EMEA Sales Team in Barcelona, Spain. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and accelerating digital transformation for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Drive Business Growth: Expand and accelerate our business in France by effectively aligning our solutions with customers' needs.
- Collaborative Engagement: Work closely with internal teams, including technical sales, customer success, marketing, business development, and sales operations.
- Sales Process Management: Conduct end-to-end sales engagements, transforming marketing and sales leads into opportunities, and managing weekly sales expectations and forecasts.
- Client Relationships: Engage with new prospects, reconnect with historical customers, and guide them through the journey from discovery to onboarding, adoption, and renewal.
- Negotiation and Compliance: Handle proposals, negotiations, and renewals while ensuring compliance with all company processes and regulations.
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
- 5+ years of end-to-end sales experience.
- Knowledge or strong interest in Cloud and SaaS offerings.
- Proven track record in achieving/exceeding sales quotas.
- Experience with renewals.
- Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and willing to learn.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills (written and verbal).
- Strong relationship management skills.
- Fluent in French and English.
