As a Digital Partnership Specialist, you will play a key role in growing and maintaining our revenue base with top-tier global brands. You will be responsible for building strong relationships with marketing and SEO decision-makers, driving customer-centric approaches, and owning the commercial partnership between Botify and our clients.
Your primary objectives will include:
- BUILDING STRONG RELATIONSHIPS: Foster deep connections with key stakeholders in Marketing/SEO departments across enterprise companies.
- CUSTOMER-CENTRIC APPROACH: Advocate for our clients within Botify, ensuring all engagements prioritize their needs and goals.
- KNOWLEDGE AND INSIGHTS: Develop a thorough understanding of our clients' organizations, including key players, reporting structures, budget cycles, growth goals, and strategic initiatives.
- TEAM COLLABORATION: Work closely with Program Managers and SEO Strategy Managers to ensure maximum value delivery from our partnerships.
- VALUE PROPOSITION: Develop a deep understanding of Botify's value proposition, customer use cases, market positioning, and product features.
- RENEWAL PROCESS: Own the entire renewal process, from discovery to contract completion, ensuring seamless transitions and continued revenue growth.
- PRODUCT EXPANSIONS: Close product expansions, upsells, and cross-sells to grow your book of business and drive best-in-class net revenue growth.
- QUARTERLY BUSINESS REVIEWS: Lead quarterly business reviews, presenting value-based commercial narratives and driving business outcomes.
We seek candidates with:
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in SEO or broader digital technology spaces.
- Demonstrated success in demanding, fast-paced environments.
- A proven track record of achieving new business and revenue growth metrics.
- Experience demonstrating and selling complex enterprise solutions.
- A strong passion for helping clients grow their businesses and hit their targets.
- Excellent emotional intelligence, business acumen, and communication skills.
- An ability to establish trust with key decision-makers at all levels.
- Goal-driven, with a talent for identifying clear paths to positive outcomes in complex scenarios.
- Highly detail-oriented and adept at managing multiple client relationships.
