Food and Beverage Director

A key role within the AREV Collection, the Food and Beverage Director is responsible for overseeing the entire restaurant and bar department, ensuring its smooth operation and exceptional customer experience.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a Food and Beverage Manager or Restaurant Manager within the hospitality and restaurant industry, with a strong understanding of food hygiene and safety regulations, as well as local restaurant regulations.
Main Responsibilities- Manage the daily operations of the hotel's restaurant, bar, in-room dining, and events.
- Supervise and coordinate staff to ensure exceptional customer service and a top-notch dining experience.
- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to increase the profitability of the restaurant and bars.
- Manage purchasing and ordering, collaborating with suppliers to ensure a supply of quality products.
- Manage and set up F&B events, including organization, scheduling, and promotion.
- Control costs, manage budgets, and ensure financial profitability of the food and beverage department.
- Previous experience as a Food and Beverage Manager or Restaurant Manager within the hospitality and restaurant industry.
- Strong customer service skills, with a focus on attention to detail and operational excellence.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with different departments and stakeholders.
- In-depth knowledge of food hygiene and safety regulations, as well as local restaurant regulations.
