Food and Beverage Director

A key role within the AREV Collection, the Food and Beverage Director is responsible for overseeing the entire restaurant and bar department, ensuring its smooth operation and exceptional customer experience.
This position reports to the General Manager and requires a strong leader who can effectively manage daily operations, supervise staff, and maintain strong relationships with external partners.
Main Responsibilities- Restaurant Operations Management: Efficiently manage the daily operations of the hotel's restaurant, bar, in-room dining, and events.
- Staff Supervision: Supervise and coordinate staff to ensure exceptional customer service and a top-notch dining experience according to AREV brand identity standards.
- Partnership Development: Work closely with our exclusive partner to develop unique and innovative offerings while ensuring consistency in the customer experience.
- Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with external partners to optimize resources and continuously improve our services.
- Training and Development: Train and supervise restaurant staff to ensure high-level service.
- Sales and Marketing: Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to increase the profitability of the restaurant and bars.
- Purchasing and Inventory: Manage purchasing and ordering by collaborating with suppliers to ensure a supply of quality products.
- Event Management: Manage and set up F&B events (organization, scheduling, promotion...).
- Financial Management: Control costs, manage budgets, and ensure financial profitability of the food and beverage department.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with food hygiene and safety regulations according to local regulations and industry standards.
- Experience: Previous experience as a Food and Beverage Manager or Restaurant Manager within the hospitality and restaurant industry.
- Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of food hygiene and safety regulations, as well as local restaurant regulations.
- Skills: Excellent written & numerical skills, excellent sense of service, flexibility, and ability to adapt to unforeseen circumstances.
