Business Development Director

The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record of driving business growth through strategic partnerships and sales initiatives. They will lead the development of new business opportunities, working closely with cross-functional teams to advance business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute business development strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market presence.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and technical teams.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging technical expertise to drive sales and revenue growth.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute sales strategies, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Provide market insights and competitive analysis to inform business development decisions.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior business development or sales role, preferably in the ADAS or AV sector.
- Strong technical background in hardware and software related to the ADAS/AV sector.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Willingness to travel and work in a fast-paced environment.
