Business Development Manager

The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record of driving business growth through strategic partnerships and sales initiatives. They will lead the development of new business opportunities, working closely with cross-functional teams to advance business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute business development strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market presence.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and technical teams.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging technical expertise to drive sales and revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute sales strategies, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Provide market insights and competitive analysis to inform business development decisions.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior business development or sales role, preferably in the ADAS or AV sector.
  • Strong technical background in hardware and software related to the ADAS/AV sector.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Willingness to travel and work in a fast-paced environment.
