Sector Manager Responsibilities:
  • Enhance the revenue and market share of assigned brands within designated retail locations.
  • Prepare for store visits, assess sector performance metrics, and provide actionable insights.
  • Execute the commercial strategy, develop business plans, and implement effective tactics.
  • Regularly report on sector activities and conduct competitive analysis.
  • Oversee the operations of a Sales Promoter in large retail environments.
  • Engage in regional growth initiatives and collaborate on interdepartmental projects.
Candidate Profile:

Possessing a commercial degree ranging from Bac + 2 to Bac + 4/5 and prior experience in commercial or marketing roles within the consumer goods sector, you will demonstrate strong negotiation skills, merchandising expertise, and analytical proficiency. This role offers comprehensive training in sales methodologies, dedicated mentorship, a competitive salary package, and pathways for career advancement within the Group.

A valid Driver's License is required, and proficiency in English is advantageous.
