**Job Description**
We are seeking an experienced professional to join our Agronomy, Consulting, and Innovation team as a Commercial Agronomy Services Manager. As a key member of our regional commercial team in the West and North regions (Normandy and Picardy), you will be responsible for developing and implementing commercial strategies for our agronomic services.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Animate and pilot the development of commercial services (decision-making tools, fertilization tools, SMAG, mapping tools, connected sensors) to support our commercial team in promoting and developing these services to our agricultural clients.
- Directly manage a portfolio of clients for traceability services.
- Develop new business opportunities and contribute to the growth of our services business.
- Collaborate with our marketing team to develop new offers and services.
**Requirements**
- Hold a Bachelor's degree or higher in agriculture or a related field.
- Have a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in commercial agriculture or agronomic consulting.
- Be proficient in agricultural technologies and have a strong understanding of the agricultural industry.
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of initiative and adaptability.
