The Land and Air Systems division designs systems, equipment, sensors, and services for the management of civil and military air traffic, air defense, as well as naval and land combat. Our modern facility is home to over 1000 employees dedicated to our three main areas of expertise: radar technology, air traffic management, and advanced weapon systems.
WHO ARE YOU?
With a minimum of a Master’s degree in engineering, you possess substantial experience in conducting and executing Safety Analysis for complex systems.
Are you well-versed in safety standards and software assurance methodologies (e.g., IEC61508, ARP4761, SAM methodology, ED-153)?
Do you have a solid understanding of fundamental safety analysis techniques (e.g., FMEA, Fault Trees) and their associated tools (e.g., Fault Tree+)?
Do you exhibit leadership qualities? Are you innovative, inquisitive, and eager to continue your professional development?
Do you have a customer-oriented mindset and strong interpersonal skills?
Do you enjoy collaborating with teams and sharing your expertise?
Is your English proficiency sufficient to communicate with representatives from various European countries?
Autonomy, responsiveness, active listening, and persuasive skills are essential for this role, along with a strong analytical mindset.

WHAT WE CAN ACHIEVE TOGETHER
As part of a cross-functional center of expertise, you will contribute your skills to the development of our civil and military products/projects. In this capacity, you will undertake and execute the following tasks:
- Conduct Safety Studies at the system, hardware (HW), and software (SW) levels: identifying risks through detailed design analysis using established safety methodologies and applicable processes;
- Prepare safety documentation;
- Assign safety/software assurance levels;
- Analyze system and software changes from a safety perspective to identify and mitigate potential impacts;
- Specify safety requirements to meet project constraints and align with client objectives, contributing to Product Policy while adhering to industrial standards;
- Verify the consistency/completeness of safety requirements and their interactions with other disciplines (e.g., cybersecurity);
- Participate in client meetings, safety workshops, facilitate internal safety meetings, and present safety analysis results to projects and clients.
You will collaborate closely with system and software engineering teams, system and software architects, as well as validation and quality assurance teams.
Due to the nature of the information involved, the selected candidate will undergo a security clearance process in accordance with national defense regulations.
